County ordinances and fee-schedule update set to take effect Sept. 1 after second reading

Staff said that registrations that must be renewed annually will follow the new effective date and one-off fees will also be updated starting that date.
The board discussed implementation timing and next steps in outreach to affected businesses. "We have effective dates now for our ordinances of September 1," staff reported during the meeting. Board members asked to ensure owners and registrants receive notice before the effective date.
