The Fulton County Board of Commissioners convened at 9:00 a.m. Aug. 4, 2026, and quickly moved through routine business, approving minutes from the July 30 regular session under Resolution 2026-486. Commissioner R.J. Lumbrezer made the motion to adopt the minutes and Commissioner Jeff Rupp seconded; the vote was 3-0 in favor.
The board then approved the day’s agenda under Resolution 2026-487 and authorized payment of submitted bills under Resolution 2026-488 after certification from the Fulton County Auditor that funds were available. Both motions passed unanimously. The resolutions include standard language citing compliance with Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code regarding open meetings. The meeting continued with a sequence of budget and administrative items before adjourning at 9:05:36 a.m.
