Council approves broad consent agenda including numerous liquor license renewals; Tiny’s II removed for separate review

Council moved and approved a broad consent agenda that included many routine resolutions: renewals of numerous liquor licenses, LOSAP contribution approvals and other administrative items. The resolutions list licensees and license numbers for the July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027 licensing year. Before the final consent vote, Councilwoman Senatore requested Resolution #26-184 (Tiny’s II Inc., liquor license #1414-33-028-005) be removed for second consideration. Senatore asked for clarification "if they were staying as a packaged goods store with a bar inside and if they were going to be considered a marina because of the dock spaces," signaling Council will review operational classification and any waterfront-related licensing implications before final renewal of that item.
