Lee described the lease‑leaseback approach and said selection criteria included experience on similar projects and proximity to the site in addition to cost. The board conducted a roll‑call vote and approved the resolution. Trustees expressed enthusiasm for the project and for adding dedicated space for counseling and wellness.
