Summary
Staff reported a minor budget increase request (~$3,000 on a $120,000 budget) and that July water metrics were within acceptable ranges except for one day of slightly low chlorine. Solids disposal last year cost about $33,000 for 800 tons shipped.

Staff asked the commission to approve a small adjustment — roughly a $3,000 increase on a $120,000 budget line — and said the overall budget is expected to remain under appropriation after the change. The superintendent added that the plant shipped about 800 tons of solids last year, which equated to roughly $33,000 in disposal costs.
On operational reporting, staff presented July water data: all measures were within acceptable ranges except for one day when chlorine levels were slightly low. "We were slightly under on chlorine one day; everywhere else we're right in the right ranges," staff said, and commissioners thanked crew members for continued transparency in reporting.
