Staff (S5) told the commission the truck would operate "on Thursdays from 11:15AM to 06:00PM" and emphasized the use is permitted in the B-4 Highway District; staff reported no complaints during informal operation and recommended approval, noting the manager allows use of restrooms. Commissioners discussed earlier opposition to food trucks located immediately adjacent to brick-and-mortar restaurants but acknowledged this location’s nearest restaurant is more than a mile away.
A motion to approve the amendment was moved and seconded and passed unanimously.
