On April 1, 2026, the Hillsborough Planning Board heard a presentation on draft updates to the housing chapter of the town Master Plan. Mike Tardiff of the Central NH Regional Planning Commission reviewed proposed changes and additional materials to be added to the chapter and asked the board to review the draft for further discussion at the next meeting.
Tardiff said the chapter "will be updated using information from the housing survey," and described additional data that will be incorporated into the draft. The board did not take formal action on the chapter at the April 1 meeting; members were asked to read the revised text and return prepared to discuss specific edits and findings at the next session.
