Village urges residents to complete state lead-and-copper survey; board approves water-bill refund

Village staff reported sending notices to more than 1,200 customers; a trustee later said the village had received 46 responses to date and urged residents to submit photos of service-line material.
On a related procedural item, the board considered Resolution 40 to authorize the village clerk to refund 0.5 of the water charge for account 3061072 (bill dated Sept. 3, 2024). Trustee Saul Yang moved the resolution and Lehi Holder seconded; the board recorded affirmative votes and adopted the refund resolution.
