Town manager says Miramar site sold; developers discuss connection to Kingston sewer for potential housing

Laws Chapter 40B and a potential sewer connection to Kingston’s newly expanded wastewater treatment facility.
Staff told the board they are preparing a review team to evaluate any formal submittal; the manager noted Kingston recently expanded its wastewater treatment plant in a $16.5 million project and that Miramar representatives expect to meet with Duxbury staff around the end of August to present project eligibility materials. The manager said no formal application has yet been filed with the town and that more detailed review will follow any submission.
