The Town of Berkley Board of Health accepted a waiver and approved revised septic plans for 15 Osprey Drive at the July 14 meeting. Consultant Gerald Bernard reviewed the plans and the minutes record that the plans were revised according to his comments before the board approved, stamped, and signed them.
The minutes record the waiver explicitly: a reduction of the required setback of the proposed SAS from a property line from 20 feet to 12 feet was accepted. "The Plans were revised according to Mr. Bernards comments. A waiver was accepted a reduction of the required setback of the proposed SAS from a property line from 20' to 12'. The Board approved, stamped and signed the Septic Plans," the minutes state.
