The Orleans Town Council voted to award two public-works contracts after staff said USI reviewed the bids and identified the lowest responsive offers.
A staff member reported that USI recommended Rejuven Tech Inc. (listed in the packet as Rejuvidec Inc. / Rejuven Tech) for the rejuvenation project and CNR Construction for the HMA work. “The lowest most responsive bids in their opinion is Rejuvidec Inc for the rejuvenation project ... and CNR Construction for the HMA project,” the staff member stated. The council moved and seconded approval of both bids and approved them by voice vote.
Council members asked clarifying questions about vendor names and amounts during the discussion; the meeting minutes reflect acceptance of the staff recommendation to award both contracts.
