Sheryl Bratton elected chair of Napa County Deferred Compensation Board

The Napa County Deferred Compensation Board elected Sheryl Bratton as chair and approved Abe Gardner as vice chair during its Feb. 19, 2026 meeting. Auditor-Controller Tracy A. Schulze moved to nominate Bratton and Gardner; Bob Minahen seconded and the motion passed 4-0-0.
The board also approved the Nov. 20, 2025 meeting minutes (motion by Minahen, second by Kevin Zeigler; approved 4-0-0) and adopted a 2026 meeting calendar setting regular meetings for the third Thursday of February, May, August and November. The roll call recorded members present as Sheryl Bratton, Bob Minahen, Tracy Schulze and Kevin Zeigler; Christine Briceno arrived later. Members Becky Craig and Abe Gardner were listed as excused in the roll call portion of the minutes.
