DRB approves minutes, notes habitat-block adjustment for future submittal

The South Burlington Development Review Board approved meeting minutes for Nov. 4 and Oct. 7, 2025 during its Nov. 18 meeting. A motion to approve the Nov. 4 minutes passed with recorded ayes and one abstention when a member noted they had not been present for that session. The board then approved the October minutes in a separate vote.
In other business the board closed the evening’s single agenda item — a sketch-plan review for a lot-line adjustment by Larkins LP — after the applicant agreed to revise the proposed lot line to exclude a mapped habitat block and staff requested that site features and any field-surveyed information be shown on the final plat. Chair Dawn Filibert closed the meeting with routine administrative reminders and wished attendees a good Thanksgiving.
