Village Clerk-Treasurer Jacob Plaut read the sealed bids received for the Parking Field #10 Expansion Project (TI2026-002) during the Feb. 2 meeting. The clerk recited multiple bid amounts; among the lowest listed in the reading were Watral Brothers, Inc. at $469,000 and John McGowan and Sons, Inc. at $477,000.
After the clerk's reading, Trustee Eric G. Brown moved and Trustee Daniel Plaut seconded a motion to close bidding and refer the bids to the Village Administrator and the board for evaluation. The board approved the referral; no contract award or selection was made at the meeting.
