The Allen County Plan Commission convened a Special Business Meeting on May 26, 2026, immediately following a Special Public Hearing at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. President David Bailey called the meeting to order at 8:40 p.m. The minutes record a quorum and list commissioners present and staff in attendance.
The public hearing agenda included two rezoning petitions from US Aggregates — REZ-2026-0018 (PDP-2026-0007) proposing 186.2 acres for 13/Intensive Industrial outlots near Ellison Road and I-69, and REZ-2026-0019 (PDP-2026-0008) proposing 203.1 acres for SC/Shopping Center between Homestead Road and I-69 — but both were withdrawn by the applicant during the hearing. Because the petitions were withdrawn, the commission recorded that there was no Special Business Meeting held to act on the listed items. The minutes are signed by Benjamin J.
