The board acted on a slate of personnel items affecting planning and zoning. Members accepted letters of resignation from planning board member Edna Frasier and Meg Haskell and from zoning board alternate Elaine Vogel; motions to accept each resignation were moved, seconded and carried.
The board then approved resolutions appointing Henry Bridal to the planning board for a term through the end of 2028 and appointed Elaine Vogel and Chris Richards to fill vacancies on planning and zoning bodies with terms to begin Jan. 1, 2025. Motions were seconded and carried on voice votes.
A board member said she would verify term lengths and correct the minutes if necessary at the next meeting. The board asked applicants to submit applications for several open positions, including the transfer station, animal control officer and a school advisory committee opening.
