Norco council will interview all applicants present for Planning Commission vacancy

After a brief discussion about whether interviews should occur in public or in a scheduled special meeting, Councilmember Kevin Bash moved to interview all applicants present tonight; the motion carried. The city clerk reminded council that an appointee must receive at least three votes if appointed at a later date. The council did not make an appointment tonight and directed staff to schedule interviews per council preference.
