The board moved on staff’s recommendation, the motion was seconded, and members recorded unanimous support.
The approval requires the applicant to apply for a building permit and follow the conditions outlined in the staff report and certificate-of-appropriateness findings. The item will proceed through the usual permitting reviews cited by staff.
