Kip Potter and Joan Hildreth reported that openings remain on the Montgomery Conservation Commission and said potential recruits will be invited to attend future meetings; the commission encouraged residents to contact members or e-mail MontgomeryConservation@gmail.com if interested.
The commission also discussed outreach materials: it has a high-resolution JPEG of the MCC logo in orange and Marielle Ambroch agreed to follow up about changing the color to green prior to printing stickers and brochures. Separately, Cliff Loos offered to replace a tree that died for the MES 2025 graduating class with one of his cherry trees, and members accepted the offer for a spring transplant.
