Board honors two longtime Solano public defenders at morning presentations

D'Agostino (speaker 4) read the Boskin resolution and recounted a client example where collaboration and mental‑health diversion changed a life. Boskin (speaker 8) thanked colleagues and reflected on specialty courts, collaborative work and concerns about the closure of a county‑funded mental‑health facility. "For 30 years, Pam has stood at the heart of justice, compassion, and humanity as a public defender," one colleague said. The board approved the resolutions and took pictures to mark the recognitions.
