Council receives annual review of accessory building ordinance

Alma, the Community Development Director, presented the annual review of the accessory building ordinance, explaining the report includes the ordinance text, a summary of changes since adoption in 2017, and approved accessory buildings from the past year. "At this time, we don't have any any concern any, discussion on any items that, would warrant any amendments," Alma said.
After no questions from council and no public comment, a motion was made to receive and file the report. The council took the item as a receiving file, and the motion carried. Alma said she expects related amendments to come back to the council in October for further action.
