Residents and civil groups press Solano supervisors to enforce decorum and equity

When those rules are applied selectively, it creates division," she said. Several callers representing statewide and local Black leadership groups echoed that message and asked the board to agendize an accountability discussion; others in the audience and on the line called in support of Supervisors Williams and James.
