Council members asked about maintenance and light spill into neighborhoods; Miller said Main Street finances maintenance of string lighting it installs and that the LEDs under the interstate will be installed in public right-of-way and funded through grants and Main Street matching funds. The consent agenda item approving grant acceptance and related agreements passed 7-0.
