Family urges city to resume maintenance at south-side cemetery plot

City staff did not provide an immediate remedy on the record during the public comment period; council members acknowledged staffing constraints and asked staff to follow up. The issue was recorded during citizen comments and the council invited staff to report back on corrective steps and scheduling.
