Mayor Benjamin Weinstock asked John Anzilone to explain an application from LH Barick, SG Barick and WG Woodmere seeking a waiver of subdivision filing under New York Real Property Law §334‑a for the Woodmere Club property. Anzilone told the board the club will be split into two parcels: the southern parcel will remain open space and the northern parcel "is not being presented to the Board at this time. That application will be presented to the Village in the future."
On motion of Trustee Brown, seconded by Trustee Wasser, the Board adopted Resolution No. 2026‑16 waiving filing requirements for the minor subdivision for the Woodmere Club property located in the Town of Hempstead.
