Bridal Rosencutter told the board Waters is the exclusive provider for service plans and parts for the LC‑MS/MS and that Waters provides on‑site diagnostics and repair to minimize staff troubleshooting time. The presenter said the county previously purchased an extended warranty covering Aug. 2, 2023, through Aug. 1, 2025, and intends to continue service for roughly three additional years under the quoted plan.
