Sedgwick County’s purchasing board voted to accept Sourcewell contract number 011222CDT with Technical Resource Management LLC, doing business as Coordinate Health Solutions, to provide client drug testing services for the Department of Corrections. The contract establishes pricing for three years with two 1‑year renewal options and covers specimen collection and toxicology services across adult and juvenile programs.
Purchasing staff told the board the vendor will provide negative specimen results the same day the specimen is received by the laboratory and positive results should be reported the following day. The presenter said the vendor is the county’s current provider and that overall prices have increased compared with the previous contract, though the precise annual spend was not provided at the meeting.
