Dan reported that the former OJ Juice building has been demolished and said the development team plans to resurvey the lot and rework a commercial-multifamily layout.
"The building is down," Dan said, describing the demolition and the developer's plan to reapply for housing tax credits after addressing competitive scoring items. He said the developer discussed using some city right-of-way for parking to expand commercial space and asked whether the EDA could help by providing local documentation to improve the project's competitive points in the next funding round.
