• Approval of previous minutes: Vice Chairman Michael Zuritis moved to approve the June 24, 2026 meeting minutes; Mr. Peter DiLorenzo seconded. Motion carried (all in favor).
• Curtis Industrial Park (831 Route 67): Mr. Michael Zuritis moved to amend the initial SEQR finding statement to allow up to 200,000 tons per year; Mr. Peter DiLorenzo seconded. Motion carried (all in favor). Mr. Zuritis then moved to reaffirm the site plan concurrent with the amended SEQR findings; Mr. Anthony Long seconded. Motion carried (all in favor).
• Scotch Bush and Jenkins Road Major Subdivision (Ballston Lake School District): Mr. Michael Zuritis moved to declare the proposal a SEQR Type I action with the Planning Board as lead agency; Mr. Anthony Long seconded. Motion carried (all in favor). The Board also voted to schedule a public hearing for August 26, 2026 at 6:35 p.m.
• Adjournment: Mr. Andrew Collar moved to adjourn; Mr. Anthony Long seconded. Motion carried (all in favor).
