Asher of EJ Municipal presented to the council and recommended approval of the update, and discussed suggested changes to the town's development regulations to align goals and policies with the new plan. Ordinance 311 formalizes the updated goals and policies and directs staff to pursue edits to development regulations consistent with the plan.
