Lynn told commissioners that the subdivision for Grass Valley Estates has been completed, the roads meet minimum construction qualifications and the township reviewed them; county staff recommended turning the streets over to Affton Township. Lynn said, "Those roads have been constructed and met our minimal qualifications."
Tom Stoltz reviewed consent-agenda easement items for two drainage and right-of-way projects: a Hoover drainage project between 47th and 55th Street South with a fiscal note of $9,200 for acquisition, and a Ridge Road project between 69th and 85th Street North with a fiscal note of $2,992. He also noted a donation to the Suicide Prevention Coalition and a Fire Department bid-board item to acquire gear. Commissioners confirmed district responsibility for the projects and accepted staff recommendations to advance the consent items for formal action on the upcoming agenda.
