Plan Commission recommends approval of minor land division at W1341 Town Line Road

The Plan Commission opened a public hearing at 8:08 p.m. on a request by Alison Bossler on behalf of the James and Ann Dolfin Revocable Trust to divide W1341 Town Line Road into two parcels of 5.87 acres and 13.25 acres. Chair David Huenink asked for public comment three times; there were no comments, and the hearing was closed by motion at 8:09 p.m.
Following the hearing, the commission moved to recommend that the Town Board approve the certified survey map as submitted. Motion by Roy Teunessen, seconded by Jack Stokdyk, carried by unanimous roll call vote. The roll call recorded seven 'Yes' votes: Roy Teunessen; Matt Teunessen; Jack Stokdyk; David Mueller; Bryan Kaiser; David Huenink; and Brody Stapel.
The recommendation will be transmitted to the Town Board for final action at its next available meeting.
