Director of Public Works Bob Manns announced that the late David Isringhausen donated a lighted flagpole and memorial plaque honoring veterans; the feature is installed on East Spruce and visible from the Stadium Theatre. Manns also noted dugout improvements and new concrete at Dolan Park and a new flagpole at Wock Lake.
In public comment, Ms. Janice Berry urged the council to address the condition of the Dolan Park restrooms, saying "they seem to be unkept and neglected," and listing problems including stall doors that do not lock, missing toilet paper holders and ruts in a grassy area she said could be dangerous to pedestrians. Berry also asked the City to consider videotaping meetings. The council thanked her and said it would investigate possible solutions; Mayor Kevin Stork encouraged her to sign up for Text MyGov.
