The Saline County Board of Equalization approved its meeting agenda and multiple sets of minutes at the Aug. 4, 2026 session and adjourned after a brief session at 9:22 a.m. Commissioner Phil Hardenburger moved to approve the agenda (seconded by Ray Rohrig); Commissioner Hardenburger also moved to approve Protest Hearing minutes for July 14–23, 2026 (seconded by Rohrig). Commissioner Ray Rohrig moved to approve the Board’s minutes for July 21, 2026; Commissioner Brian Pribyl seconded. Each motion was recorded as carried.
The clerk’s minutes show no public participation during Citizens Forum and no correspondence was provided to the board. County Clerk Diann Nettifee later certified the minutes on Aug. 18, 2026. The meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance and a reminder from Chairperson Stephanie A. Krivohlavek that the Open Meetings Act applies and that proceedings were being recorded.
