PT Pros master plan: contract on March 24 council agenda; kickoff March 31

Rick (Baker, city staff) briefed the committee on the PT Pros master plan contract timeline and next steps. He said the finalized contract is scheduled for consideration by city council on March 24; if approved the consultant would sign and the team would begin work in short order.
"We have it on the agenda for the, March 24 city council meeting, which I believe is next Tuesday. And we're hoping for an approval of the finalized contract," Baker said. He added that Logan Simpson has scheduled a virtual kickoff for March 31 and that staff worked with the consultant to compress the schedule from 15 months to 12 months.
Commissioners asked about the level-of-service analysis and how the plan will inform future decisions about parks and trails; staff said the consultant team includes a parks-and-recreation specialist and that the work will compare Eagle's existing conditions against national benchmarks and recommend actions for future development.
