The board noted that this assessment will be paid from escrowed applicant funds, not town funds.
Councilwoman Lutz explained three separate RFPs were prepared with NYSERDA assistance to evaluate three options: a carport in the parking lot, reinstalling panels on the town hall roof (which may void the new roof warranty), or installing panels on the pavilion (the pavilion was built with capacity to hold panels). The board moved to send out the RFPs and the motion carried.
