The La Pine Budget Committee unanimously approved the City of La Pine’s FY 2025–26 budget during its meeting on May 14, 2025. Rachel Vickers moved to approve the budget; Mike Shields seconded and the motion passed with all members present voting in favor.
Budget Officer Ashley Ivans opened a related public hearing, explaining that the proposed acceptance of "State Shared Revenues" refers to the city's portion of liquor, cigarette and marijuana taxes and that formal acceptance will be adopted by the City Council via resolution at its June 11, 2025 meeting. There were no public comments and no committee deliberations recorded during the hearing.
The committee recorded no changes to the proposed budget during the review and the approval at the committee level moves the document forward to the City Council for final adoption on the stated date. The meeting was called to order by Chair Ignazzitto at 5:30 p.m. and adjourned at 5:39 p.m.
