On interconnection, Ferullo told the board the applicant had requested guidance from the utility on pad‑mounted equipment but had not yet received a final response. He asked the board to consider the supplemental materials and reiterated that, in his view, visibility from most publicly accessible vantage points would be limited by existing topography and vegetation.
