EURA accepts 2025 annual report and audit per Idaho code

The Eagle Urban Renewal Agency voted to accept its 2025 annual report and filed the required audit documents under Idaho statute. Staff clarified the annual report covers calendar year 2025 and that the included audit is the 2024 audit, which the Executive Director said is consistent with state reporting requirements.
A commissioner questioned why the most recent audit was not included; staff responded the state code requires the most recently completed audit be included and that audits often have a one-year lag. "It's the 2024 audit," staff said, adding that the lag is the statutory reason the 2025 annual report incorporates the 2024 audit.
The board moved, seconded and approved Resolution 26-006 accepting and approving the annual report and authorizing the executive director to take necessary actions.
