Councilwoman Lupita Connor said she stepped out of a previous meeting because she is still recovering from a traumatic brain injury sustained in March and became ill; she said she experienced hostility on return and asked that ordinance #472 (attendance rules) be placed on an agenda for reconsideration. Acting City Attorney Mitch Coats thanked Connor for disclosing the injury, said the council can consider accommodations, and noted that constitutional rights are not absolute. Councilmen Devin Krasowski and Steve Ahlborn said they support reviewing ordinance #472.
