Council approves $11,505.86 in disbursements; minutes and committee records accepted

Ahlborn moved to approve the Aug. 19 public hearing minutes; the motion passed 3–1 with Connor voting no. Committee minutes from the Community Events and Library committees were accepted unanimously.
