The Ankrum Planning Board granted a conditional approval Sept. 4 for a lot-line alteration on Skyline Drive that will transfer roughly 0.34 acres from Donna and Pat Murray to Richard and Tracy Lagone to create a flat buildable area for a garage.
The applicant provided a full application package including septic and well locations and maps; the board found the submission complete and waived a public hearing for this routine lot-line adjustment. A motion for a SEQR negative declaration passed and the board granted initial approval conditioned on final stamped drawings and payment of fees when the parties visit the town office.
"We'll stamp and sign the final drawings and collect the fee" the Chair said when moving the conditional approval; members voted in favor and the conditional approval was recorded.
