Panel narrows reservation rules: Ancram residents must be on-site; pavilion use won’t imply pool access
Summary

Workshop participants agreed that the resident who reserves the pavilion must be an Ancram resident and present during the event, while guests from elsewhere may attend. The Moderator said the intent is accountability, not exclusion: a reservation holder from Ancram must be on-site to ensure someone locally is responsible for conduct and cleanup.
Committee members also separated pavilion reservations from pool use, recommending that pavilion reservations should not imply pool privileges. One member suggested charging nonresidents a fee for pool access and keeping pool capacity restrictions separate from pavilion rules to avoid uncontrolled crowding.
