The Eagle Library Foundation said a mobile library would cost roughly $100,000 and that the foundation plans to review its governance, policies and procedures before soliciting corporate sponsorships or grants. "So as we start looking at that, our efforts last year were pretty consuming, but we also realized that for a mobile library, we're looking at about a $100,000," the foundation representative said. The board and partners agreed to continue planning and return with more detailed proposals and demonstrations.
