Board approves no-change recommendations for a set of parcels

The Gage County Board of Equalization approved a separate list of parcels for which referees recommended no change to the 2026 valuations. Supervisor Rex Adams moved to approve the no-change list and Supervisor Rick Clabaugh seconded; the motion carried 4-0.
Parcels on the no-change list read into the record included Duane Evans (parcel 014854000) assessed at $97,800 and several properties listed for owners including Ron Southwick, Deacon Ludwig and Nolan Schafer (for Joel Huenink). The clerk certified the minutes and the board adjourned at 9:50 a.m., with the next meeting scheduled for July 22, 2026.
