Design review board asks members to collect examples for Eagle design-guidelines update

A board member asked members to collect images of designs they like and dislike around town to help the board refine guidance on signage, architecture and landscaping. A member summarized the assignment: "take pictures of things that you like and things that we don't like around town that we can utilize in the guidelines." Staff said they would compile submissions and aim to present draft categories in the coming weeks.
The board discussed reducing the number of rigid style-box categories and focusing instead on massing, form and material palette. Staff and board members agreed to circulate photos to Emily Falco and another staff lead and to try to prepare material ahead of the next design-review cycle.
