The Georgetown-Ridge Farm Community Unit District #4 Board of Education met on April 21, 2025, at the Superintendent’s Office, 502 Mulberry Street, Georgetown, Illinois. Mark Learnard called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m., and roll call recorded Ange Carlton, Hilah O’Neal, Nancy Dalenberg, Lori Starwalt, Greg Emmert and Cathy Jenkins as present; the minutes state a quorum was present.
During opening business, Ange Carlton moved and Lori Starwalt seconded a motion to adjourn to a closed meeting at 6:00; the minutes record that there were no nay votes and the motion carried. Later in the evening, the board considered a Human Resources package and other routine business before adjourning at 8:30 p.m. Greg Emmert moved and Cathy Jenkins seconded the final adjournment; the minutes state "All in Favor" and the motion carried.
