The Calumet County Zoning Board of Adjustment elected Fischer as chair and Jannette as vice chair during its May 28 meeting. Jannette nominated Fischer for chair; a motion by Winkler and second by Cousins to cast a unanimous ballot for chair carried unanimously. Winkler nominated Jannette for vice chair; a motion by Winkler and second by Cousins to cast a unanimous ballot for vice chair also carried unanimously.
The meeting was called to order at 6:23 p.m. and the board recorded staff members Meuer, Giebel and recorder Bonlander as present. The officer elections were completed early in the agenda and before the board heard the evening’s variance petition.
