At the close of the evidentiary hearing, hearing officer Russ Bowman confirmed administrative deadlines and next steps in docket 260313. Because no late-file exhibits were requested, Bowman canceled the late-file hearing and asked the parties whether they intended to file briefs. Applicant counsel said they would file a brief and the parties agreed to move the briefs' due date up to August 19.
Bowman noted tentative procedural dates: a proposed written decision process, written exceptions due September 4, oral arguments tentatively scheduled for September 15, and consideration at the authority's regular meeting on September 30. He reiterated that the hearing itself produced no decision and that the schedule could be compressed if appropriate. Commissioner Smith thanked participants for their time and the hearing adjourned.
