Chair moves to pay Rex Construction $104,229 for Lehi line work

The board did not add new funds; staff said existing project contingency and remaining line-item balances will cover the punch-list work.
The motion approved the pay application and instructed staff to keep the board informed about any subsequent change orders and the contractor's corrective work schedule.
